Please note: Due to COVID-19, our distribution line is experiencing delays. Inland Shipping Policy Delivery Processing Time All requests are handled within 1-2 business days. Requests are not entertained on weekends or days off. On the off chance that we encounter a high volume of requests, shipments might be postponed by a couple of days. It will be ideal if you permit extra days on the way for conveyance. If there will be a critical postponement in the shipment of your request, we will reach you through email or phone.   1. All orders ship the same day, if ordered before 12:00 pm Pacific Time, or the next business day if ordered thereafter. We ship via USPS or UPS (depending on which option you select).

  2. Honey Organics offers free 3-day delivery via USPS for all orders. USPS shipping days are Mon-Sat. Transit times exclude Sundays and federal holidays.

  3. Expedited shipping is available via UPS and rates are calculated at checkout. UPS shipping days are Monday-Friday. Customer is responsible for all Expedited shipping costs.

  4. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email. Tracking your shipment will be available after hrs. when we close our shipping station at the end of day.

  5. For all orders over $500.00, “signature on delivery,” is required, and the shipping and billing addresses must match. This policy helps to protect your purchase, while minimizing the risk of fraud or shipment being lost or stolen.

  6. If an order was shipped to the wrong address and is being returned to the sender, please contact us immediately so we can check the address you provided. We will double check that the address it was shipped to matches the address provided to us. If the address error was our responsibility, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, we are happy to resend the package once it is returned to us at your cost and discretion.
Transportation Rates and Delivery Estimates Transportation charges for your request will be determined and shown at the checkout. Shipment can be made to all 50 states. Conveyance deferrals can incidentally happen. USPS doesn’t dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays, so conveyance time does exclude these days. Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO Addresses Honey organics CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Domains, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will get a Shipment Confirmation email once your request has been transported containing your following number(s). The tracking number will be usable within 24-48 hours. Lost and Damaged Shipments Honey Organics CBD isn’t accountable for any items damaged or lost during delivery. If it’s not too much trouble, affirm the delivery address is exact and complete the details before placing your order. Off-base or halfway locations could bring about deferrals or lost shipments. On the off chance that you got your product damaged, it would be ideal if you contact the shipment service to document a case.
