If you as yet need to return your packed item and it is seven days of receiving it, please go through our return process policy for a better understanding.

No RMA is required, and the client is chargeable for return delivering costs. If you have any inquiries regarding whether your item is eligible for returns, don’t hesitate to email us.

***Please note that we don’t have an unconditional money-back guarantee, as CBD does influence everybody any other way. We won’t acknowledge back any item that has been opened or utilized.

Return Process

  1. Email us at saleshoneyorganic@gmail.com at your earliest to inform us if you are willing to return the unopened items within a 7-day time limit to our return shipping address.
  2. Once You have transported your item back to us it would be ideal to email the tracking number to saleshoneyorganic@mail.com so we can watch out for it.
  3. Once we receive your package back at our office and can affirm its condition, we will, at that point, issue a refund for the unopened item and email you an affirmation. Kindly permit 7-10 days for the refund to post your declaration.
